• Plan and track material needed for production schedules.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing to maintain adequate parts and raw materials.
• Resolve material issues impacting production schedules and maintain inventory business metrics.
• Analyze, plan, schedule, and initiate procurement actions.
• Ensure materials are cost‑effective and meet quality standards.
• Execute material that requires outside processing.

• Associate’s Degree and 0–3 years’ experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to meet deadlines, solve problems, plan, and demonstrate leadership.

• Remain in a stationary position at a desk/computer for extended periods.
• Lift up to 45 pounds.
• Work in a climate‑controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.
• Work may require exposure to changing climate or operation of machinery inside/outside.

• Same as physical requirements (stationary position, lifting, climate‑controlled environment, possible exposure to machinery or changing climate). No additional travel is required.
