Responsibilities- Plan and track material needed for production schedules.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with purchasing to maintain adequate parts and raw materials.
- Resolve material issues impacting production schedules and maintain inventory business metrics.
- Analyze, plan, schedule, and initiate procurement actions.
- Ensure materials are cost‑effective and meet quality standards.
- Execute material that requires outside processing.
- Associate’s Degree and 0–3 years’ experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines, solve problems, plan, and demonstrate leadership.
- Remain in a stationary position at a desk/computer for extended periods.
- Lift up to 45 pounds.
- Work in a climate‑controlled environment with minimal safety/health hazard potential.
- Work may require exposure to changing climate or operation of machinery inside/outside.
- Same as physical requirements (stationary position, lifting, climate‑controlled environment, possible exposure to machinery or changing climate). No additional travel is required.
