E-Commerce​/Department LEAD

Assist the Store e-Commerce manager in managing the day-to-day operation of the store's e-Commerce department. Demonstrate the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

• Meet/exceed customer expectations for ease of shopping, variety, freshness, and cleanliness.
• Ensure team members adhere to local, state, and federal laws, food safety procedures, and company guidelines.
• Perform responsibilities of selectors and customer attendants as needed.
• Train staff on roles and responsibilities.
• Act as the person in charge of the e-Commerce department when the manager is unavailable.
• Assist with scheduling and maintaining order intake and distribution.
• Manage equipment troubleshooting, supplies, organization, and cleanliness.
• Report discrepancies and perform opening/closing procedures.
• Implement process improvements and provide performance feedback.
• Manage conflicts and act with honesty and integrity.
• Support interactions with minors, individuals with special needs, and older adults.
• Perform essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Proven supervisory experience.
• Ability to read shelf tags and basic computer skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Basic math skills.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision.

• Experience in production, warehouse, stocking, or cashier roles.
