As a valued member of our team, you’ll engage in:

• Building and maintaining an active client base.
• Managing your schedule, including client appointments and meetings.
• Marketing and selling personal training programs through various channels.
• Staying informed about all club services, programs, and products.

• Conducting fitness assessments and guided workouts for members.
• Enhancing member experiences through personal interactions.
• Creating and coaching personalized programs for both in-person and virtual clients.
• Maintaining a safe and organized fitness floor during your shifts.

• Participating in Continuing Education classes to elevate your expertise.
• Engaging in one-on-one or team meetings with management.

We’re looking for candidates who possess:

• A current Personal Training certification or a willingness to obtain one through our reimbursement program.
• A current CPR/AED certification (opportunities available for non-certified applicants).
• A passion for fitness and a drive to succeed.
• Availability to work in-person during weekdays and weekends.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Effective time management and organizational abilities.
• Basic computer and technology skills.
• An energetic, friendly, punctual, and respectful demeanor.

Pay Transparency: $39.50-$70 per session; $16.50/hr for non-session work; plus additional incentive bonuses.
