Security Officer - Gatehouse Entry Monitor

Allied Universal -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to residents, staff, and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a residential location.;
Control access at entrances by verifying identification and/or resident authorization, managing visitor check-in and check-out, and directing guests to appropriate destinations.;
Monitor alarms, cameras, and access control systems; document unusual activity and communicate observations to site contacts and/or Allied Universal leadership as needed.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including medical calls, disturbances, and/or fire and life event notifications per site procedures.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of common areas, grounds, and perimeter points to help to deter unauthorized access and/or property damage; working environments and conditions may vary by site.
