Minimum Education
* High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum Work Experience
* Prior customer service experience specifically with elder populations.
Required Licenses/Certifications
* Valid Driver's License required.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
* Willingness and ability to utilize personal vehicle for business purposes.
* Willingness and ability to complete manufacturer's product training.
* Basic understanding of telecommunications (Wifi, phone jacks, cell coverage, etc)
* Ability to read and comprehend technical manuals for small devices.
* Ability to effectively communicate and relate information to individuals of varying ages from diverse socio-economic backgrounds.
Pay Range: $18.15 - $26.44
