Overview
The Lifeline Technician is familiar with Lifeline products and services and is deployed to residences in the region for the purpose of installing, troubleshooting, and replacing devices. Per diem (no committed hours and is not benefit el - Day shift - Mon - friday as needed).
Responsibilities- Install, troubleshoot, and replace Lifeline devices at residential locations.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Prior customer service experience specifically with elder populations.
- Valid Driver’s License required.
- Willingness and ability to utilize personal vehicle for business purposes.
- Willingness and ability to complete manufacturer’s product training.
- Basic understanding of telecommunications (Wifi, phone jacks, cell coverage, etc).
- Ability to read and comprehend technical manuals for small devices.
- Ability to effectively communicate and relate information to individuals of varying ages from diverse socio-economic backgrounds.
