Sales Manager, Business Development
Location: Rutland, VT (Relocation Required)
Compensation: $125,000 - $205,000++ per year (Salary + Commission + Bonuses)
Drive Garvey Nissan is seeking a high-energy, motivated New & Used Sales Manager to lead our goal-oriented sales team. We are a top-performing Nissan dealer, consistently ranking in the top 2% for customer satisfaction.

As a sales Manager, you will work alongside team-oriented managers to drive growth and profitability. Your daily duties will include:
- Team Leadership: Managing, motivating, and training a goal-oriented sales team to exceed performance standards.
- Sales Strategy: Hitting monthly sales targets and maximizing sales bonuses.
- Manufacturer Relations: Working directly with Nissan corporate to achieve Nissan Rewards and incentives.
- Pipeline Management: Overseeing the sales pipeline, managing inventory, and utilizing CRM software to track progress.
- Desking & Negotiation: assisting associates with closing deals, structuring financing, and performing retail math to ensure profitability.
- Communication: Strong public speaking, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Technical
Skills:
Familiarity with CRM software, inventory management systems, and proficiency in retail math. - Drive: Demonstrated ability in retail and outbound sales with a focus on customer service.
- Logistics: Must be able to commute to or relocate to Rutland, VT 05701 (Required).
