An Operations Supervisor is a key leader supporting the CVS Store Management team in planning and driving store execution and performance while building consumer loyalty to CVS/pharmacy through a focus on excellent customer service. When there is no manager onsite, the Operations Supervisor leads the store and supervisory staff, ensures that store operations run smoothly, and is responsible for ensuring the completion of all opening and closing procedures.

• Manage the store’s crew, including assigning duties, directing work, and following up on all activities.
• Work effectively with store management and store crews.
• Effectively communicate information both to and from store management and crews.
• Assist customers with questions, problems and complaints, and promote a positive shopping experience.
• Handle all customer relations issues in accordance with company policy.
• Provide colleagues with personalized customer service feedback and coaching (e.g., my Impact coaching, my Customer feedback).
• Maintain customer/patient confidentiality.
• Price merchandise, stock shelves, and support the planning, execution, and maintenance of displays, signage, and inventory of promotional and seasonal merchandise.
• Support off‑shelf merchandise planning and display maintenance.

• Deductive reasoning ability, analytical skills and computer skills.
• Advanced communication, supervision, and influencing skills.
• Ability to work a full‑time flexible schedule, including early morning, overnight and weekend shifts, overtime as needed, and respond to urgent issues at the store.

• Experience as a retail supervisor.

High School Diploma or Equivalent Preferred, but Not Required.

Part time

$17.00—$26.00 per hour. This range represents the base hourly rate or base annual full‑time salary for all positions in the job grade. The actual offer will depend on experience, education, geography and other factors.
