Licensed Practical Nurse (Travel LPN)

We are seeking an experienced and adaptable Licensed Practical Nurse (Travel LPN) to provide quality nursing care across various healthcare settings. The Travel LPN will assist in patient assessments, administer medications, monitor conditions, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe and effective patient care while adapting quickly to new environments and facility protocols.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses or physicians.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Monitor, record, and report changes in patient conditions to appropriate healthcare providers.

• Assist with wound care, specimen collection, and routine nursing procedures.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with facility standards.

• Support patients with daily living activities while promoting comfort and safety.

• Adapt to different clinical settings and uphold facility-specific policies and practices.

Qualifications:

• Current LPN license (active and unrestricted).

• Minimum of one year of recent clinical experience required; travel nursing experience preferred.

• Knowledge of general nursing principles, medication administration, and infection control practices.

• BLS certification required; ACLS preferred.

• Excellent communication, adaptability, and time management skills.

• Ability to work independently and effectively integrate into new healthcare teams.
