Job Description
American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for an Operating Room position with ortho experience and on-call responsibilities.
Responsibilities

• Work in a hospital Operating Room setting

• Main specialty cases involve orthopedic procedures

• 10-hour rotating day and evening shifts with on-call requirements

• 40 hours per week

• Use of Cerner EMR is preferred

• Orientation is held on a biweekly basis

• Schedule requests may be accommodated at manager's discretion

• Local candidates are not accepted for this position

• Personal vehicle is recommended due to lack of public transportation
Requirements

• Active VT or compact RN license is required (VT must be applied for upon acceptance if not already held)

• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required

• Scrub experience is highly preferred

• Orthopedic OR skills are required

• Cerner EMR experience is preferred
