- Deliver high-quality nursing care under the supervision of the Director of Nursing
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans to meet resident needs
- Assess residents daily, adjusting care plans as necessary
- Assist physicians during rounds and ensure accurate communication of orders
- Supervise, train, and support nursing personnel while promoting teamwork
- Prepare daily assignments for nursing staff to ensure smooth operations
- Respond calmly and effectively in emergency situations
- Foster a positive environment that promotes resident dignity and well-being
