• Location: Rutland, VT 05702
• Contract Length: 9 Weeks
• Pay Rate: $18 per hour
• Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Overnight Shift)
• Schedule: Every other weekend required

• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of nursing staff.
• Assist residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and mobility.
• Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to nursing staff.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
• Support the team in creating a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for all residents.

• Active LNA license in the state of Vermont.
• Must live within 50 miles of Rutland, VT (05702).
• Reliable transportation required.
• Ability to work overnight shifts and every other weekend.
• Prior experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred.
