• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADL).
• Provide care according to residents’ care plans.
• Engage with residents in a manner that promotes their independence and maintains their dignity.
• Maintain a safe and homelike environment while responding and attending to residents’ physical and psychosocial needs appropriately.
• Document resident information in charts by completing reports, logs and records
• Report changes in resident’s condition, patient/family concerns or complaints to Director of Nursing or Administrator.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• LNA license preferred, but not required

• Possess a high level of care and compassion to provide direct resident care
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to build positive relationships with residents and staff.
