About the Position
Locum Jobs Online is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Urology MD in Brattleboro, Vermont, 05301!
We are seeking a full-time General Urologist to join a collaborative, community-focused practice in scenic southern Vermont. This role provides the opportunity to deliver high-quality urological care in both outpatient and inpatient settings, perform surgical procedures in modern operating rooms, and work within a supportive multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive urological care for adult and pediatric patients.
Deliver care in both clinic and hospital settings.
Perform surgical procedures in state-of-the-art ORs.
Manage hospital consultations and urological emergencies in the emergency department.
Participate in a light on-call rotation: 1:4 call ratio, covering one site for 7 days per month.
Maintain a full-time schedule:
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Manage an average of 14–16 patients per day.
Utilize Cerner EMR for clinical documentation.
Support departmental succession planning and continuity of care.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure effective diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up care.

Requirements
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology (new graduates considered).
Completion of an accredited Urology residency in the US or Canada.
Clean malpractice history.
Active Vermont license (must be obtained prior to start).
NPDB Self-Query report within the last 30 days.
