About the Position
Locum Jobs Online is working with Lancesoft Inc to find a qualified Family Practice MD in Brattleboro, Vermont, 05301!
• Provide outpatient family or internal medicine care to adult and pediatric patients
• Manage an average daily patient volume of 14 patients
• Perform administrative duties including charting, care coordination, and quality initiatives
• Participate in after-hours on-call phone rotation (1:11)
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary outpatient care team
• Maintain required licensure and certifications
• Contribute to succession planning and long-term practice stability

Requirements
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine – REQUIRED
• If Board Eligible, graduation date must be stated – REQUIRED
• Active Vermont medical license (must be obtained prior to start) – REQUIRED
• DEA – REQUIRED
• BLS – REQUIRED
• Clean malpractice history – REQUIRED
• NPDB Self-Query Report (within 30 days) – REQUIRED
