Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Designer based in Rutland, VT. The Designer will be responsible for creating innovative and functional designs for residential and vacation spaces, including planning, conceptualizing, and executing design projects. Responsibilities will also include collaborating with clients, vendors, and internal teams, selecting furniture and materials, and ensuring the timely and successful completion of projects aligned with client expectations.

• Proficiency in space planning, layout design, and using design software such as AutoCAD, Sketch Up, or related tools
• Expertise in color theory, material selection, and furniture design
• Strong project management, organization, and time management skills
• Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clients, contractors, and team members
• Knowledge of current design trends and best practices in the resort and vacation industry
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred
• Experience working in the construction or renovation industry is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and adhere to deadlines
