This is a confidential job posting for adedicated Automotive Service Manager to lead our service department in the Rutland County area of VT. This role involves overseeing daily operations, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing a team of skilled technicians to maintain the highest standards of vehicle maintenance and repair.

Responsibilities
  • Manage the service department’s daily operations to maximize efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Supervise, train, and support service technicians and staff.
  • Ensure timely and accurate service estimates, work orders, and warranty claims.
  • Maintain strong relationships with customers to build loyalty and trust.
  • Monitor department performance and implement improvements where necessary.

Requirements
  • Proven experience in automotive service management or related roles.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance processes.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency with service management software and tools.
  • A valid driver’s license and an understanding of vehicle systems.
