Are you an experienced cleaner/domestic assistant ready for your next challenge? Our well-established client has a temporary requirement for an experienced cleaner/domestic assistant to join their friendly production and distribution Uppingham based site.

This is a hands‑on role where your expertise will play a key part in keeping quality standards high and a clean and tidy work area for their workforce.

The Role

As a valued member of the team, your day‑to‑day duties will include

Perform general cleaning tasks such as dusting, mopping, sweeping, and vacuuming, throughout the site including warehouse, production area, offices, canteen and toilets
Empty bins and dispose of waste appropriately
Restock supplies such as toilet paper, soap, and cleaning materials
Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
Follow health and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment

What We're Looking For

The successful candidate will have:

Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently
Good time management skills to ensure tasks are completed efficiently
A proactive approach to problem-solving and maintaining cleanliness standards
Ability to handle cleaning equipment safely and effectively
Proven experience in cleaning or housekeeping preferred
Ability to work independently and efficiently
