We are looking to appoint a Chartered Surveyor with extensive post qualification experience to join a highly motivated team engaged on a wide variety of work including high profile projects, acquisitions, disposals and estate management.
The successful candidate will be able to plan and prioritise their own workload, present themselves and the Council in a professional and positive manner and have strong problem-solving skills. Responsibilities- Contribute to high profile projects, acquisitions, disposals and estate management activities.
- Plan and prioritise own workload to meet project deadlines.
- Represent the Council professionally in all dealings.
- Apply strong problem-solving skills to a range of property and valuation tasks.
- Chartered Surveyor with extensive post-qualification experience.
