A respected Further Education college in Wales is seeking a full-time Estates Officer / Handyperson to support the daily operations of the campus. This role involves key responsibilities such as securing buildings, conducting safety checks, performing maintenance and repairs, setting up events, and addressing facilities requests. Ideal candidates will have experience in caretaking or facilities work, practical DIY skills, and a strong customer-focused approach.

Offering £15-£17 per hour depending on experience.
