• Write, edit, and distribute content to enhance understanding of organizational priorities among employees
• Gather and interpret data through employee forums, surveys, and focus groups to inform decision-making
• Act as a consultant to clinical and administrative leaders, providing recommendations on communications strategies
• Lead department-wide initiatives that contribute to overall departmental success

• Bachelor s Degree in a relevant field (Required)
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience (Required)
• Strong skills in brand management, marketing channels, and market research
• Ability to understand and track strategic plans and goals
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Bachelor s Degree in Marketing or Public Relations
• Experience working with external vendors such as advertising and public relations agencies
• Knowledge of innovative strategies for employee engagement and internal communications
