Qualifications:- Minimum of 2 years of General Manager experience in a comparable restaurant brand (required)
- QSR or fast-casual experience preferred
- Comfortable working in a fast-growing, evolving organization
- Strong leadership skills with a hands-on, “can-do” attitude
- Excellent communication and multitasking abilities
- Highly collaborative with a strong work ethic
- Guest-focused, upbeat, and engaging personality
- Ability to lead, motivate, and develop high-performing teams
