What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Review, analyze, and administer employee benefit programs, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations
  • Collaborate with internal and external partners on benefit program implementation and administration
  • Monitor participation and utilization trends of benefits, recommending plan design changes as necessary
  • Conduct presentations to inform and educate management and employees about benefit plan changes and requirements
  • Manage and maintain accurate benefit data and files, ensuring all documentation is compliant and up-to-date
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources required
  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate employee benefit plans and financials
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting information and responding to complex inquiries
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience in benefits administration for union and non-union employees
  • Familiarity with legal compliance documentation and requirements related to employee benefits
  • Knowledge of current benefit trends and regulatory changes
  • Experience in managing vendor relationships and performance
