Client Engagement Specialist

• Serve as the initial point of contact for customers seeking financial guidance related to retirement and insurance
• Handle calls from new customer prospects and match them with the appropriate advisor
• Guide customers through the company's customer experience and create customer profiles
• Schedule appointments with advisors for routine customer requests
• Facilitate communication with the advisor team to ensure timely addressing of customer needs

• Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent experience
• Ability to communicate in a friendly and persuasive manner
• Strong listening skills to identify and assess customer needs
• Professional demeanor to represent the company in a virtual environment
• Proficiency using MS Office products

• Experience in the financial services industry
• Previous customer service experience
