- Americas, Rutherford, New Jersey, United States, Project Management, Building Materials## Responsibilities & Opportunities As part of the Strategic Project Management team of Region Americas, we are looking for a
** Strategic Projects Associate
** who will be responsible to design and implement solutions supporting growth initiatives, drive projects focusing on business development and operational efficiencies. In your role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams ranging from Operations to Sales to gather insights on business performance, analyze data and develop strategic masterplans as well as be involved in day-to-day execution and tracking.
** Exciting Challenges
** Interpret data, analyse results and define actions with Business, Marketing and Operations stakeholders to
** solve key business challenges
** Identify new opportunities provided by available data to
** generate valuable insights for the business and support growth
** Actively support countries / areas to
** review their strategic business plans
** and
** support translation into operations footprints
** through regular project drumbeats, dedicated workshops, as well as storytelling guidance and presentation drafting
** Improve current and develop new processes and solutions
** and lead their roll-out across country organizations

Support in
** drafting presentations and data visualizations for country / area / region top-management
** leveraging insights identified through data analysis / workshops / other researches
** Create strong link with cross-functional teams
** to introduce and expand innovative solutions## Preferred Skills Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Data Science, Engineering or related fields2-4 years of experience with strategic projects and data analysis at a top consulting company

Strong ability to connect the dots and create compelling stories suitable for the top management team Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills with ability of translating data insights into actionable plans

High autonomy combined with an entrepreneurial mindset and a can-do attitude

Positive and energetic spirit that brings innovative ideas that engage people around you Proficiency in Excel and Office suite, knowledge of data visualization software (e.g. Tableau, BI) is a plus Fluency in English and Spanish (written and spoken), Portuguese and/or French would be a plus Occasional travel including international### Perks & Benefits
