This is a full-time, on-site Store Manager role located in Ruther Glen, VA. The Store Manager will oversee daily store operations, including managing personnel, maximizing sales, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining inventory. The role requires aligning team performance with company goals, implementing retail loss prevention measures, and fostering a positive customer experience environment.

• Strong skills in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service to ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Excellent Communication skills for effective interactions with team members and customers.
• Proficiency in Store Management, including team leadership and sales performance tracking.
• Understanding of Retail Loss Prevention to safeguard company assets and minimize shrinkage.
• Problem-solving abilities, organizational skills, and the capacity to motivate and mentor a diverse team.
• Prior experience in retail management or a related field is preferred.
