Overview

Our franchise organization, BOTH Inc Golden Corral, is currently seeking energetic, friendly CASHIERS to join our team! Part-time and full-time positions. AM and PM shifts. AM shift - 5:30 - 3:00, 2-4 days per week. FREE all you can eat buffet meal every shift. 401(k), 401(k) matching, competitive salary, free food & snacks, health insurance, opportunity for advancement. • Guest Service:
  Greets guests as they enter the restaurant and offers a sincere, personal invitation to return as the guests leave. Assists guests who may need help, including seating at peak times. Processes internet and phone food orders for curbside pickup. Processes To-Go orders for guests who come in to select their own food from the buffet. Be friendly and courteous on the phone.
  
  Handle payments accurately. Know and follow position responsibilities as they relate to just-in-time delivery. Know what is on the buffet for the day and have full knowledge of menu and prices.
• Cleanliness:
  Maintain organization and cleanliness at the vestibule, host/cashier station and surrounding areas. Help ensure the buffet is set up properly and labels are correct. Clean all buffets and surrounding areas. Assist the Buffet Attendant when necessary. Follow local health department laws. Perform duty roster and ensure cleanliness, service, and quality standards are met.
• Operational Excellence:
  Inform the Manager when the money in the drawer needs to be taken to the safe to reduce the risk of robbery. Ensure drawer balances with daily paperwork. Punctuality and ability to multitask are critical to success.

Position requires standing and walking 3 to 4 hours without a rest break. Regular, moderate (1-35 lbs.) lifting and carrying; bending and reaching is required. Work environment requires the use of tools such as cash register, drink dispenser and glasses; a forceful grip is required for the use of these tools. Work setting is within the restaurant.
