The Onsite Talent Coordinator supports day-to-day staffing and workforce operations directly at the client site. This role focuses on coordinating hiring activities, supporting talent pipelines, and serving as an on-site liaison between candidates, employees, and client stakeholders. Recruiting experience is preferred but not required
, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to grow in talent operations or HR.
This position is 100% on-site with 50% travel to different markets (which may include some overnight) please consider this requirement before applying! This position is also a contract position and not direct-hire. Full benefits will be offered through Solomon Edwards Group.
Key Responsibilities- Provide on-site support for daily staffing and workforce operations
- Assist with coordinating hiring activities, interviews, onboarding, and new hire orientation
- Serve as a point of contact for candidates, employees, and client partners at the site
- Support talent pipeline activities, including candidate follow-up and status tracking
- Coordinate hiring events, job fairs, and on-site recruitment initiatives
- Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking and workforce systems
- Ensure a positive candidate and employee experience throughout the hiring process
- Assist with reporting, hiring metrics, and administrative support
- Escalate issues as needed and support solutions to ensure smooth talent delivery
- Ensure compliance with company policies and client requirements
- Prior experience in coordination, customer service, HR, staffing, or operations preferred
- Recruiting or staffing experience a plus, but not required
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, on-site environment
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Proficiency with MS Office and willingness to learn applicant tracking systems
- Competitive hourly pay up to $30/hour
