• Assist customers with questions and provide product recommendations
• Manage sales transactions and operate the cash register
• Maintain security of cash and protect company assets
• Ensure the store is well‑stocked and merchandise is organized
• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards throughout the store

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Previous customer service experience in retail or similar environments
• Ability to follow instructions and interpret operational documents
• Must be able to lift between 30 and 50 lbs. and meet physical demands of the role
• Excellent customer service and strong communication skills

• Experience in a grocery or drug store environment is highly preferred
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
