Role DescriptionCommunity Bridges South is seeking a full-time Assistant Home Manager for its on-site operations in Ruston, LA. The Assistant Home Manager will oversee daily activities within the home, support staff management, and ensure a safe, organized, and nurturing environment. Responsibilities include coordinating schedules, assisting with household tasks, supporting residents' needs, and ensuring compliance with company protocols.
Qualifications- Experience in household management, task organization, and staff coordination
- Strong leadership, communication, and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to ensure compliance with policies, health, safety, and program standards
- Basic administrative and documentation skills
- Compassionate attitude, cultural competence, and a problem‑solving mindset
- Relevant certifications or training in caregiving or home management preferred
