Customer Service Representative

Customer service representative needed to support customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and resolving issues. This role is essential for maintaining customer satisfaction and building long-term loyalty.

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
• Provide accurate information about products, services, policies and procedures
• Resolve concerns efficiently and professionally
• Document interactions and update account information
• Assist with billing and account resolution
• Escalate complex issues to supervisors or specialized departments
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor at all times
• Follow communication scripts and company guidelines when appropriate
• Identify opportunities to improve customer experience
• Meet performance metrics such as response time, customer satisfaction, resolution rate, and retention goals
• Work with managers to resolve issues in a timely manner

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word and Excel
• Data Entry
• Active listening and problem solving abilities
• Organized
• Excellent verbal and written communication

Full Time, 40 hours per week

$14-15 per hour
