Internal Sales for Rustenburg

Job Purpose: To provide effective internal sales and administrative support by preparing quotations on Pastel, processing sales orders, proactively engaging with customers, and supporting external sales representatives to drive sales and maintain excellent customer service.

• Prepare and issue accurate quotations using Pastel
• Re-connect with existing clients and conduct needs analysis via telephone
• Follow up on outstanding quotations to convert opportunities into sales
• Answer incoming sales calls and respond to customer enquiries
• Take customer orders via telephone or email and complete all required documentation
• Check stock availability and confirm delivery dates
• Capture sales orders on Pastel in line with planning and lead-times
• Send order acknowledgements to customers
• Ensure production and printing orders are correctly loaded
• Support external sales representatives with pricing, orders, and customer follow-ups
• Maintain accurate sales, quote, and customer records

• Experience in internal sales or sales administration
• Strong working knowledge of Pastel
• Confident telephone and communication skills
• High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• Customer-focused, proactive, and reliable

• Quotation accuracy and turnaround time
• Order processing accuracy
• Customer follow-up and conversion of quotes to orders
• Quality of internal and external sales support
