An established company is for an Account Manager who will represent the company as a brand ambassador offering sales executive to clients.
Based in North West

Role responsibilities:

Develop and manage relationships with a portfolio of customers in the mining sector in North West.
Operate as a main point of contact for all matters specific to these sectors of customers.
Gain a thorough understanding of customer needs to ensure the development of mining customers within the North West Region.
Must already have business relations in this sector.
Ensure the proposal of solutions and products that will address these customer needs and that once agreed upon, solutions are rendered immediately, or products are delivered timeously.
Liaise with the relevant Managers as to ensure that customers’ expectations are managed in terms of large stock orders.
Ensure that all customer problems, issues or complaints are resolved timeously to ensure that trust relationships are maintained.
Ensure that the correct managers are involved with the negotiation of contracts and agreements.
Ensure that the National Business Development Manager is informed of progress on a daily, weekly and monthly basis, of your activity

Role requirements:

Matric or equivalent.
2 years’ minimum experience in mining sector sales be an advantage.
Must already have contacts within these customers.
In the process of completing or a completed Sales or Marketing degree / diploma from an accredited institution will be an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to solve problems and negotiate solutions.
Report writing skills.
Presentation skills.
Computer literacy - Microsoft Office suite.
Must reside in the region of responsibility.
Knowledge relevant to the industry.

Clear Credit History.
