Main
Job Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations
- Manage branch fleet, inventory, supplies and equipment
- Handle customers complaints and feedback
- Develop and maintain client relationships
- Coordinate with sales teams to develop mutually beneficial proposals
- Negotiate contract terms with clients
- Monitor project teams to ensure contracts are executed as agreed
- Gather useful information from customer
- Identify and research potential clients
Experience:
- Grade 12
- Previous experience in managing staff
- Previous working experience in the rubber Industry (Advantageous).
- Demonstrated ability in business-to-business sales
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- The ability to influence and negotiate with others
- Familiarity with the industry/Rubber/Mining
- Computer skills – Word/Excel/Outlook
- Problem-solving skills to propose mutually beneficial solutions
- Ability and willingness to travel for meetings with prospective and existing clients
- Basic understanding of Health and Safety
- Must reside in the Gauteng area
- English:
Speak, Read, and Write
