The main purpose of the job is to assist customers with goods they wish to return, ensuring an excellent customer experience whilst safeguarding the assets of the business.
Job Description- Keep Documentation updated
- Customer Service
- Sending unwanted products back to the suppliers
- Report discrepancies to management
- Issue returned goods
- Reliever to cashier
- To uphold and promote the company values and culture
- Matric/Grade 12
- Must have experience in Stock Returns
- Experience in hardware environment & product knowledge advantageous
- Strong Stock control abilities
- 2-4 years related experience
- Knowledge of the Consumer Protection Act
