Overview

Gerald Printing – Discover an Exciting Opportunity at Gerald Printing in Bowling Green, KY! Gerald Printing in Russellville, KY is seeking a Client Services Partner. Experience in print, apparel, signs, or promotional products is a plus, but we’re open to training the right candidate.

• Receives orders (artwork, job specifications, purchase orders, etc.) by phone, walk-ins, or from salespersons and prepares an accurate, comprehensive job ticket.
• Prices jobs from quotation, standard price list, or prices using quote program if necessary.
• Maintains contact with assigned customers concerning suggestions, turnaround times, and other production-related matters.
• Routes proofs to customers and maintains “out for proof” job tickets. Follows up with customers and salespeople to expedite timely return of proofs.
• Consults with Production on how to best set up jobs to produce and provide good value to the customer.

Full-time, Monday to Friday, from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, with a one hour lunch break. Occasional overtime may be required.
