Overview
MATRIX has requested a DPIC (Department Performance Improvement Coordinator) with prior experience to support ANO, Russellville, AR through Unit 2 pre-outage and Outage. The DPIC position is responsible for coordinating the Corrective Action Program as related to the Projects Department. The DPIC, when necessary, will interface with the station / Fleet DPIC coordinator to assist with ACE’s and other causal analysis.
The DPIC will provide departmental trending and analysis reporting to the project weekly / monthly. The DPIC will interface with the implementation contractors as necessary providing any necessary investigation and documentation of performance incidents and the development of corrective actions.
Position will provide daily department condition report screening and classification as well as participate in departmental causal reviews as needed. Candidate must have experience in the Corrective Action Program process at a Nuclear Station. This position will be required to provide daily updates to the Site Project Superintendents as well as Sr. Management as requested.
Requirements- Candidate must have 3-15 years experience implementing the corrective action process based on job classification DPIC I through Sr DPIC.
- Candidate must be capable of providing incident review and classifications as well as generating fleet notifications for incident reporting.
- Candidate must have experience interfacing with Project Management pre, during, and post refueling outages.
- Field coordination experience in nuclear plant activities would be considered a plus especially for entry or mid level DPIC position.
