We're offering a total compensation package of $220,000 plus benefits, unlimited paid time off, and the ability to earn unlimited compensation. • 11‑person team.

• DDS/DMD degree, active and unrestricted license in Arkansas.
• Clinical knowledge to practice comprehensive dentistry, including diagnosis and treatment of oral health issues.
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills.
• Ability to become credentialed with dental insurance plans.

• 3+ years of clinical experience.
• Invisalign certification.
• New graduates are welcome.

• Ability to perform essential duties satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Prolonged periods of sitting and standing.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds at times.
• Availability to attend virtual training sessions (or in‑person) periodically throughout the year.
