A respected recruitment agency in Rushden is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established manufacturing site. This role involves planned and reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical equipment, fault finding on production machinery, and supporting continuous improvement efforts. The ideal candidate should have a multi-skilled maintenance background, preferably in a manufacturing environment, with experience in plastics machinery being a plus.
A salary ranging from £35,000 to £45,000 is offered based on experience.
