IT Projectmanager​/Onboarding specialist

As an IT Project Manager, you play a key role in strengthening Monta’s presence in the UK market. You are responsible for implementing Monta

WMS software and onboarding fulfilment clients — from initial set-up to successful go-live. You combine project management with entrepreneurship and help build processes, structure, and long-term success in a new market.

Here, you get the freedom to take initiative, make an impact, and actively contribute to Monta’s international expansion. The role is 4 days in Rushden preferred (cause new role and this works better)

In this role, everything revolves around implementation, customer success, and building a strong foundation in the UK market. You ensure seamless software implementations and strong client relationships:

• ✅ Implement Monta
  
  WMS for new clients.
• ✅ Onboard and implement fulfilment customers.
• ✅ Manage system integrations, including webshops, ERP systems, and API connections.
• ✅ Lead implementation projects from kick-off to go-live.
• ✅ Coordinate closely with IT, operations, and internal stakeholders.
• ✅ Monitor planning, quality, and customer satisfaction.
• ✅ Help establish processes and structure in a new market.
• ✅ Identify opportunities and continuously optimise implementation approaches.
• ✅ Act as the link between the UK operation and headquarters in the Netherlands.
