Salary: £35,000 per annum

💡 The Role

An exciting opportunity to join a growing HR Systems team as a Payroll Systems Tester, playing a key role in testing payroll system changes and enhancements. This role is critical to ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, and system integrity across the business.

📌 Key Responsibilities

* Develop and execute payroll test scripts for system changes and enhancements

* Perform UAT testing to ensure payroll accuracy and compliance

* Collaborate with Payroll, HR and IT teams to validate system functionality

* Document test scenarios and maintain audit-ready evidence

* Support tax year-end testing and system patch updates

* Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle HR/Payroll queries

👤 The Ideal Candidate

* Proven experience in payroll systems testing

* Strong understanding of end-to-end payroll processing

* Hands-on Oracle HR/Payroll experience (essential)

* UAT testing experience (essential)

* Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organised

* Confident working cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders
