You will take ownership of the day‑to‑day finance operations while also producing accurate and timely financial information for Head Office and the Board. This is a hands‑on role suited to someone who enjoys being involved, working closely with colleagues, and contributing positively to a collaborative working environment.
Duties Include- Full responsibility for daily bank reports, reconciliations and cash flow forecasting
- Preparation of monthly management accounts, KPIs, balance sheet reconciliations and trial balance

- General administrative and HR support as required
You will be an experienced Accountant who is AAT qualified, ACCA or CIMA part‑qualified, or qualified by experience, with at least five years of general accounting experience in a small to medium sized business. You are confident in producing management accounts, reconciling complex balance sheets, and working comfortably with Excel and financial systems. Just as important as your technical capability, you bring strong interpersonal skills and enjoy building positive working relationships across the business.
You are personable, resilient, and able to handle the pace and pressure that naturally comes with a busy finance role. You will thrive in a close‑knit, family‑orientated company where banter, passion, and mutual support are part of everyday life, and where a hands‑on, can‑do attitude is genuinely valued.
