We are seeking three experienced Ground workers who hold valid Machine, Dumper, and Roller tickets. The ideal candidates will be confident working across a wide range of groundworks activities and able to integrate smoothly into a busy, high standards team.
Key Responsibilities
- Operate plant and machinery including dumper, roller, and associated equipment in a safe and competent manner.
- Carry out all aspects of groundworks, including:
- Plot drainage
- Foundations
- Roads and infrastructure works
- Deliver high quality finishing works, which is the primary focus of the role.
- Work effectively as part of a small team to meet programme deadlines.
- Maintain high safety standards and follow site procedures at all times.
- Valid Machine/Dumper/Roller tickets (CPCS or NPORS).
- Proven experience across full scope groundworks.
- Strong finishing skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable and punctual with a good work ethic.
