• Making outbound calls to potential clients (cold calling).
• Handling inbound customer enquiries in a professional manner.
• Building rapport with clients and maintaining strong working relationships.
• Using basic Microsoft software for data entry and communication.
• Working closely with the sales team to support day-to-day operations.

• A friendly, confident telephone manner.
• Good communication and organisation skills.
• Basic Microsoft Office knowledge (Word, Excel, Outlook). A willingness to learn and develop within a sales environment.
• A positive, driven attitude.
