About the Role
Total Staff services are looking to recruit a Night Preparation Stager for our client based in Runcorn. This is a permanent role.
Responsibilities- Sterilise machines and rooms ready for the next day's production in an Aseptic Clean Room Unit.
- Work within the Aseptic suite, gowned to the required standard to follow the Company SOP.
- Assist in post‑production strip down of clean rooms for hygiene routines.
- Assist with cleans in all graded areas of the Aseptic Unit as required.
- Clean and prepare cleanroom cabinets, machines and isolators for production.
- Prepare bill of materials for the following day's production.
- Transfer raw materials for production into the compounding suites.
- Aseptic or pharmaceutical manufacturing experience is essential.
- Ability to work alone or as part of a team to deliver a plan.
- Trained in manual handling procedures.
- Health & Safety awareness, including COSHH familiarity.
- Good understanding of cGMP requirements.
- Basic verbal and written communication skills.
Salary: £36,252.
Work ScheduleThe role is a night shift, Sunday–Thursday, 2300–0700 hrs.
