Legal Secretary – Personal Injury Team
We are seeking a diligent Legal Secretary to join our well-established law firm that provides practical legal advice in personal injury, family law, employment, and clinical negligence.

Salary: £24,000 – £26,000 per annum, plus benefits.
Responsibilities- Act as the first point of contact for clients and visitors.
- Handle inbound calls and general front‑of‑house duties.
- Produce legal documentation through audio and copy typing.
- Support fee earners with a range of administrative tasks.
- Manage filing, scanning, and document organisation.
- Process incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Previous experience as a Legal Secretary, Legal Administrator, Legal Assistant, Legal Clerk, or in a similar role.
- Minimum 2 years working in a law firm.
- Strong audio‑typing capability.
- Confident user of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Professional, approachable, and client‑focused manner.
- Competitive salary (£24,000 – £26,000).
