.

Hourly rate £12.60 per hour. Flexible shift options: long day followed by paid “sleep in” shift for £46 per night.

• Assist individuals with personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing.
• Support medication management, meal preparation, and mobility handling.
• Encourage and provide emotional support to build confidence and self‑esteem.
• Facilitate community access and transport where needed.

• No specific prior qualifications required.
• Strong empathy and adaptability.
• Own transport essential for working across Runcorn and Widnes.

• Up to 28 days holiday per year plus bank holidays.
• Double time for Christmas Day, Boxing Day, and New Year’s Day.
• Pay £46 per night for “sleep in” shift.
• Access to library of learning via e‑portal.
• Support for qualifications in level 2‑6 Health and Social Care, Management, Admin.
• Travel schemes including cycle to work, car maintenance and 40p per mile travel expenses.
• Paid sick leave.

Successful applicants will be subject to employment checks, including DBS and reference checks and provided with safeguarding training.
