• Support people of all ages with personal care (washing, dressing, continence support)

• With 6 months of experience, opportunities to work in Complex Care (e.g., spinal injuries, neurological disorders, respiratory needs with training such as tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, postural support)
• Children's Support – personal care, emotional support, and daily assistance for children and young people with complex needs
• Mental Health Support – practical and emotional support to help manage routines, reduce isolation, and build confidence
• Candidate Assessment Programme (CAP) during onboarding for those without prior experience

• At least 18 years old
• Willing to work flexible hours, including alternate weekends
• Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references
• For Complex Care, Children's or Mental Health duties, at least 6 months' hands-on UK care experience
