Finance Manager

Forge Talent are pleased to be exclusively partnering one of our long standing clients. They are a well-established manufacturing business seeking a qualified or part-qualified Finance Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day finance function.

This is a hands-on role covering cashflow management, month-end reporting, and financial control, working closely with operational teams in a fast-paced environment.

• End-to-end ownership of the finance function
• Cashflow forecasting and liquidity management
• Preparation of monthly management accounts and variance analysis
• Full balance sheet and trial balance reconciliations
• Oversight of credit control, debtors, and payroll processes
• VAT, audit, and statutory reporting compliance
• Management of intercompany transactions
• Involvement in budgeting, forecasting, and business planning
• Opportunity to drive process improvements and system enhancements

• ACCA / CIMA part-qualified or qualified
• Manufacturing experience preferred
• Strong month-end and management accounts background
• Confident, organised, and commercially minded

Up to £50,000 + 25 days holiday + bank holidays + pension
