The Opportunity:

The Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimising candidate data within our CRM platform, supporting recruitment campaigns, and leveraging AI tools for market insights.

You'll work closely with recruitment and business development teams to ensure data accuracy and drive strategic decision-making.

We’re seeking candidates with proven experience in CRM systems such as Bullhorn, strong attention to detail, and a proactive, organised approach.

You will have the following qualifications & experience:

  • ideally experience working with recruitment CRM systems, ideally Bullhorn
  • Extensive administrative skills with exceptional attention to detail
  • Capable of managing multiple campaigns and candidate pools simultaneously
  • Proficient with digital sourcing tools, CRM automation, and AI research platforms
  • Strong communication skills with a professional candidate engagement approach
